How a project runs,
week by week.
Timings below are relative, counted from the day the material scope is agreed. We do not promise a calendar date before we know what is being made, because a date given that early is a guess dressed up as a commitment.
Brief and material scope
You send drawings, a BOQ or a mood board. We come back with questions, then with a material scope: what is included, what is excluded, and what still needs a decision from you.
Selection and visualisation
Material boards and 3D visualisation of the key spaces. This is where most changes happen, and where they are cheapest.
Sourcing and pricing
Factories selected and quoted against the written specification. You receive one consolidated Proforma rather than fifteen supplier quotes to reconcile yourself.
Samples and approval
Physical samples reach you, or you review them with us in Foshan. Nothing enters production without a signed-off sample. If you are visiting, this is the week to come.
Production
Manufacturing for a complete project typically runs 45 to 60 days depending on scope, with made-to-drawing categories such as joinery, staircases and stone at the long end and stocked categories much shorter. You get weekly progress with photographs.
Quality control and consolidation
Pre-shipment inspection per supplier with a photographic report, then everything gathers in one Foshan warehouse and is checked against the order line by line before a single carton is sealed.
Packing, labelling and departure
Cartons labelled by room and by installation sequence, export documentation prepared to match the signed Proforma, and the shipment leaves. Transit time depends entirely on your destination, so we give it to you per route rather than as a general figure.
Arrival and installation
Technical drawings and the installation sequence go to your site team before the container is opened. We supervise your local installers remotely or on site, and stay reachable for the technical questions that only appear once things are being fitted.

What to send us.
You do not need all of this to start. The first two lines are enough for a serious first answer. Everything else shortens the process and reduces the number of assumptions we have to make on your behalf.
- 01 Floor plans, as DWG or PDF. Even a marked-up sketch is workable if it carries dimensions.
- 02 Destination port or city, which decides freight, documentation and often the specification itself.
- 03 Elevations, if they exist. They matter most for joinery, staircases and anything made to a drawing.
- 04 BOQ or material list, if you already have one. We can also work from drawings alone.
- 05 Target quantities per category, even approximate. Square metres beat adjectives.
- 06 Target timeline, particularly the date the site needs material rather than the date you would like it to arrive.
- 07 Reference images of what you are aiming for. A photograph settles arguments that a paragraph cannot.
