• Technical specification agreed in writing before a price is fixed
• Alternates proposed where a named material is out of production or badly priced

You approve physical samples in your hand before production starts. Nothing runs on a photograph.

• Physical samples shipped to you, or reviewed together in Foshan if you visit
• Side-by-side comparison against the reference you supplied
• Written approval recorded per material, so the standard is fixed and not remembered differently later
• Production released only against a signed-off sample

Someone is physically at the factory while your order is being made.

Inspection before production, during production, and before anything is packed.

We supervise your local installers. We are not the civil works contractor.
