NovaLink was founded on a straightforward conviction: the material scope of a project deserves a single owner, present where the goods are actually made.
Furnishing a building from abroad is rarely a purchasing problem. It is a coordination problem. Dozens of manufacturers, each with its own lead time, its own tolerances and its own understanding of what was agreed. Managed at a distance, that consumes more of a project than any line on the quotation.
We took the opposite position. One contact, based in Foshan, accountable for the specification from the first drawing to the last carton opened on site.
