Who operates this site

This website is operated by Foshan NovaLink International Trading Co., Ltd., registered in Foshan, Guangdong, China under Unified Social Credit Code 91440605MAEUW0U800, trading through its Building & Interiors division. The registered address is set out in the footer of every page.

What this site is, and is not

Everything published here is information about our services. Nothing on this site is an offer capable of acceptance, a price quotation, or a contract. A commercial relationship with NovaLink begins with a written scope and a Proforma Invoice issued to you specifically, and the terms on those documents govern the work.

Product information and availability

Material descriptions, dimensions, finishes and lead times describe what is typically available in this manufacturing region. They are indicative. Natural materials vary between blocks and batches, manufacturers change their ranges, and a named stone can be between quarry runs. The specification that binds is the one written into your approved sample record and your Proforma, not a page on this site.

Photography

The photographs on this site are licensed stock images used to illustrate material categories and project types. They are not photographs of NovaLink projects, NovaLink premises, or goods we have supplied, and they should not be read as such. Every image is credited on the photography credits page.

Intellectual property

The NovaLink name, mark and the text of this site belong to us. The photographs belong to their photographers and are used under the licence recorded on the credits page. You are welcome to quote or link to this site with attribution; you may not present its content as your own.

Links to other sites

We link to our sister Supply Chain division and to a small number of external references. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content or their handling of your data.

Limitation

We take reasonable care that this site is accurate, but we do not warrant that it is free of errors or continuously available. Our liability for anything arising from your use of this website, as distinct from a signed supply contract, is limited to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Privacy policy

What we collect

Only what you send us. If you complete the quote request form, we receive your name, any company name you give, your email address, your phone or WhatsApp number, your country, the project details you select, your message and any files you attach. If you contact us by email or WhatsApp instead, we hold that conversation.

We do not run advertising trackers, we do not build behavioural profiles, and we do not buy or sell contact lists. There is no analytics script on this site. If one is ever added, it will be gated on the consent choice described below.

Why we hold it

To answer your enquiry, prepare a quotation, and if you proceed, to execute and support the project. Your drawings and specifications are used for your project only. We do not show one client's drawings to another, and we do not name our clients publicly.

Who sees it

The NovaLink team working on your enquiry. Where a quotation requires it, the specific technical information a manufacturer needs to price or produce an item is shared with that manufacturer, and nothing beyond it. Where a shipment requires it, the necessary details go to the freight forwarder and to the customs authorities of the origin and destination countries.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not become projects are kept while they are still live and are then deleted. Project records are kept for as long as we may need them to support the goods supplied and to satisfy accounting and customs record-keeping obligations.

Your choices

Write to contact@foshannovalink.com and ask us for a copy of what we hold about you, a correction to it, or its deletion. We will action it, and where a legal obligation prevents deletion of a specific record we will tell you which record and why rather than refusing in general terms.

Where the data sits

NovaLink is established in China and our team works from Foshan, so information you send us is processed there. Sending an enquiry means accepting that. If your organisation has specific data residency requirements, raise them before you send drawings.

Cookie policy

What this site stores

Two things, both in your browser's local storage rather than in cookies, and neither of them sent anywhere. Your language choice, so the site opens in the same language next time. Your answer to the consent banner, so we do not ask again on every page.

What Decline actually does

This build ships no analytics and no advertising scripts, so there is currently nothing for Decline to switch off. It is honoured in advance: the choice is recorded, and any measurement script added in future is required to check it before initialising. Declining does not degrade the site in any way, and every page works identically either way.

Changing your mind

Clear this site's data in your browser settings. The banner will appear again on your next visit and you can answer it differently.

Third-party content

There is none at runtime. Fonts are self-hosted, photographs are stored on our own site, and the office map on the contact page is a static image rather than an embedded map that would load a third-party script and see every visitor who reaches that page.
