Foshan, Guangdong · China

Every material your project needs.
One shipment. One contact.

From floor plan to installed project: we select, source, inspect, consolidate and deliver every material your build consumes.

The problem

Fifteen suppliers,
fifteen invoices,
fifteen shipments.

Buying alone

Fifteen negotiations in a language you do not speak, fifteen quality standards you cannot check, and fifteen containers arriving in whatever order the factories happened to finish.

What it costs

The money lost is rarely the unit price. It is the freight paid many times over, the wrong batch discovered on site, and the weeks a crew waits for the one item nobody was tracking.

The promise

One selection, one contract, one labelled container. We hold the specification from the first mood board to the last carton opened on your site.

Browse Categories

Fourteen categories.
One specification.

Everything a building or fit-out consumes, from the structural envelope through to the last towel rail. Every item sourced from vetted manufacturers in the Foshan region.

How it works

Nine steps,
one contact.

The same nine steps run on every project, from a single apartment to a hotel. Open any step to see what it actually involves.

The full service

You send a floor plan. We come back with a material scheme, not a price list.

  • Floor plan, elevation, BOQ or mood board intake, in whatever format you already have
  • Mood boards and material boards built around your brief and your market
  • 3D visualisation of the key spaces so the scheme is agreed before anything is ordered
  • Material specification drawings that a factory can actually quote against

We choose the factory, negotiate directly in Mandarin, and hold the technical specification.

  • Manufacturers selected from the vetted NovaLink network, then visited before we commit
  • Direct negotiation in Mandarin, with no trading intermediary taking a second margin
  • Technical specification agreed in writing before a price is fixed
  • Alternates proposed where a named material is out of production or badly priced

You approve physical samples in your hand before production starts. Nothing runs on a photograph.

  • Physical samples shipped to you, or reviewed together in Foshan if you visit
  • Side-by-side comparison against the reference you supplied
  • Written approval recorded per material, so the standard is fixed and not remembered differently later
  • Production released only against a signed-off sample

Someone is physically at the factory while your order is being made.

  • Production timeline agreed per supplier and tracked against the construction programme
  • On-site factory follow-up rather than email chasing
  • Weekly progress reporting with photographs
  • Early warning when a supplier slips, while there is still time to react

Inspection before production, during production, and before anything is packed.

  • Pre-production check that the materials and components match the approved sample
  • During-production inspection to catch a systematic defect while it is still one batch
  • Pre-shipment inspection with a photographic report per supplier
  • Defects resolved with the factory before the goods leave, not after they arrive

Every supplier delivers to one Foshan warehouse. You deal with one shipment, not fifteen.

  • Goods from every factory gathered into a single warehouse under our control
  • Cross-checked against the order line by line before packing
  • Short-shipped or damaged items identified while the supplier is still an hour away
  • One consolidated shipment instead of fifteen separate arrivals and fifteen sets of paperwork

Cartons are labelled by room and by installation sequence, so unpacking follows the build.

  • Each carton labelled with the room it belongs to and the sequence it is installed in
  • Packing list cross-referenced to the material schedule you approved
  • Fragile and oversized items crated to survive the specific route
  • Your installer opens what they need, when they need it, without hunting through a container

Sea or air, with the export documentation prepared correctly the first time.

  • Sea and air freight arranged to your destination port or city
  • Export documentation prepared to match the signed Proforma
  • Destination handling coordinated with your customs broker
  • Phased shipments where the construction programme needs material in stages

We supervise your local installers. We are not the civil works contractor.

  • Technical drawings and setting-out information issued with the goods
  • Installation sequence agreed with your site team before the container is opened
  • Remote or on-site supervision of your local installers, depending on the project
  • Direct line back to the factory when a technical question comes up mid-installation

What changes

The difference is
who holds the scope.

Before you order

We ask for the floor plan before quoting. A price given without seeing the drawing is a guess, and a guess is what gets revised upward later.

When it arrives

Cartons are labelled by room and by installation sequence, so your installers unpack in the order they are fitting rather than opening a container and searching it.

If you visit

One or two days in Foshan replaces months of email. You select in person, approve samples on the spot, and leave with the material list finished.
